EzPaste-xl2ppt is a productivity tool intended for completely automating and managing the otherwise manual and somewhat tedious process of copying and pasting charts and tables from ExcelВ® to PowerPointВ®. EzPaste-xl2ppt identifies automatically all the objects in the active workbook. The user then selects which of the objects he wants to paste to PowerPointВ®. EzPaste-xl2ppt comes as a regular Excel add-in.

EzPaste© main attributes:

1. Complete control over the objects to be pasted.
2. Complete control over the pasting order.
3. There are 3 pasting modes: To new slides automatically added to the active PowerPointВ® file, To predefined slide numbers in the active PowerPointВ® file, Paste express: selecting one item and pasting it directly to the active slide.
4. Complete control over the positioning of the pasted objects on the PowerPointВ® slide.
5. Objects may be pasted as Pictures (Enhanced metafile or Bitmap) or as Microsoft editable ExcelВ® entities.
6. Built-in utility for creating and editing data-range objects to be pasted as tables.
7. A title may be assigned to each object from EzPaste-xl2ppt. The title will appear on the PowerPointВ® slide.
8. All the EzPaste-xl2ppt settings of a specific ExcelВ® file are saved within the file and automatically retrieved once the file is reopened.
9. Each selected object could be previewed directly in the EzPaste-xl2ppt form.
10. Instead to PowerPoint, objects may be pasted to a PDF file (does not require any PDF driver or printer).
